I'm a French citizen working for an international bank in the Philippines , with my help,some years ago, for safekeeping assets were secured in our bank on behalf of Kusa Ibrahim a Lybian citizen relative to the Gaddafi family.Unfortunately he was captured and executed  during the Lybian political unrest by the anti-Gaddafi forces.Now i'am about to return to my country and the funds are pending with no heir to claim, my intention is to seek your cooperation to move these assets from this country for safekeeping and investment.
